Award-Winning Vocalist Giles Howe Releases Debut Musical Theatre Solo Album On This Night

DeLand, FL — [1/13/2026 — Celebrated vocalist Giles Howe is proud to release his debut musical theatre solo album, On This Night — a heartfelt and masterful celebration of Broadway and West End classics, arriving February 2026 on all major streaming platforms.

Recognised for his interpretive power and vocal artistry, Howe rose to prominence following his 2018 RTN Awards for Best Male Vocalist and Outstanding Vocal Performance, earned after his New York cabaret debut as a special guest at Manhattan’s Triad Theatre. His global performance résumé spans collaborations with platinum-selling stars including Josh Groban, Idina Menzel, and Brian May of Queen with appearances at prestigious venues including London’s Royal Albert Hall, Tokyo's Budokan and the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

A veteran of major crossover ensembles — including The 12 Tenors, Viva Voce, Stars of Opera, and The Pinnacle Singers — Howe brings decades of stagecraft to his solo work, offering interpretations that blend dramatic nuance with technical brilliance defined by unique, distinctive, emotionally sophisticated vocal artistry.

On This Night showcases twelve iconic musical theatre selections drawn from Howe’s favorite repertoire — from West Side Story and Les Miserables to Phantom of the Opera, Evita, and Chess. Recorded with a deep respect for the emotional storytelling and craftsmanship at the heart of musical theatre, the album reflects Howe’s lifelong devotion to the genre.

Helping bring new voices and works into the cultural landscape, Howe’s career also spans creative production and theatre development. He co-founded The A STAGE KINDLY New Musical Theatre Initiative with Katy Lipson bringing to life music from over 150 musicals, also co-founding Florida's premiere vocal ensemble The Pinnacle Singers which produces acclaimed re-imaginings of classic operas.
